In pursuance of the aim, the school has set the following Academic Objectives:

• To achieve excellence in the ICSE class X Board results.
• To provide a progressive teachers support system to the students for quality education.
• To provide academic, cultural, social, moral and psychological guidance support.
• To provide diverse learning resources and supportive infrastructure in the form of hardware, software, laboratories and other material.
• To provide a maximum variety of academic choices for the students in consonance with the latest changes and developments around the world
• To achieve academic excellence through innovative and interactive methods of teaching and by having a good staff.
• The School is essentially a universal concept encouraging staff of all castes and religions. The general management and control of the school is vested with the Boards of Governors. The Principal is the Secretary of the Board. There are 20 staff members teaching in various faculties. Faculty members are also expected to perform pastoral duties after the school hours. Hobbies and Sports departments are headed by an in-charge who supervises the work of the well-trained and qualified instructors. In Sports, there is a lady instructor for the girls too. Staff Room is the place for the teachers to interact during the school hours which has 5 computer systems on the LAN.

The staff is carefully appointed with regard to character and academic qualification. Faculty meetings are regularly held and a deep personal interest is taken in every child. The number of students enrolled is restricted so as to enable each child to get personal supervision and attention.

In addition, the School Captain and perfects have many duties in the school and boarding house. There are many clubs and societies, each with its elected student officer. In this way, the students are trained in self-governance and responsibility. The School also has NCC and the children go for regular campus and exercises.
